Staging made simple
Five clear steps take your home from the first photo to the final showing, and we handle the heavy lifting along the way.
From first call to final showing
Every project follows the same clear path, so you always know what comes next. Here is how we take your home from a simple request to a fully staged listing.
- 01
Request a quote
Fill out our quote form with your property details, timing and a few photos. The more we know, the better we can plan.
You share the details
- 02
Home walkthrough
We review your photos and, when needed, visit by appointment to see the layout, light and rooms that matter most to buyers.
We review the home
- 03
Your staging plan
You get a clear proposal with the rooms to stage, the style we suggest, the install date and how long staging will stay.
You approve the plan
- 04
Install day
Our team delivers, places and styles every piece, then finishes each room for the camera so you are ready for listing photos.
We stage the home
- 05
List and sell
Your home goes to market looking its best. When it sells or staging ends, we come back and remove every piece with care.
We collect everything
Empty or lived in, the process fits
The steps stay the same whether your home is empty or you still live there. What changes is how we work with the space, the furniture and your daily routine.
If the home is empty
- We bring all the furniture and decor
- Every room is planned for the photos
- Home access is arranged in advance
- We remove it all when staging ends
If you still live there
- We start with the furniture you own
- We edit, rearrange and add pieces
- We share simple tips for show days
- You keep living in the home as usual
Questions about the process
Here are the questions people ask most often about timing and install day. For anything else, just call us.
As early as you can. Booking early makes it easier to line up your install date with your photo and listing dates.
Not necessarily. We can coordinate access and installation arrangements with you ahead of time. We will confirm the schedule, access instructions and any details needed before installation day.
The staging period depends on your project and service agreement. We will discuss the expected duration, any extension arrangements and removal timing with you before the project begins.
We recommend having the areas being staged clean, decluttered and ready for installation. Complete any planned repairs or painting beforehand, and coordinate access with us. We will let you know about any additional preparation needed for your home.
Congratulations! Once your home sells, contact us to coordinate the staging removal. We will arrange a suitable date and review the removal process according to your service agreement.
